Native American Confronts Protesters on Illegal Immigration

In the case of illegals (Canadians) sneaking into our country there are existing Federal laws that are being violated.
If the argument is to be made that displaced Native Americans are the equivalent of what is happening now proof of a violation of the law would be prudent.
1. All of this feel good political correctness aside what laws did the European settlers (invaders) break?
2. Even if you were to find a law the Europeans broke all of the criminals in this case are long since dead and modern Western law does not hold the children responsible for the actions of the parent.
3. There are laws NOW that provide for legal immigration into this country and those that violate the law ARE alive right now.

The debate isn't over whether or not White people are illegal immigrants its over the fact that White Rednecks are hypocrites, in their views on illegal immigration. Thank you for your opinion over "the debate" but I have a different way of looking at it. Illegal implies a violation of the law, what law? Uncontrolled people crossing our borders now is violating existing laws. Not if they are refugees, and the cartel problem makes them that.
