Most immigrants would never step foot in a hospital because they are afraid of immigration. I worked security at a hospital for 8 years.. You are so wrong it's not even funny... When a woman shows up in labor.. she is given treatment.. In this case, she is delivered... Without proper ID, all the hospital can do is take their word for it when they give name / address.. and they NEVER Pay... The hospital is not allowed to send a woman in labor away. And the few times we called ICE (immmigration), they never show up. Like I said Emergency situations only. Most immigrants will not step foot in a hospital. OK I'll admit I was wrong about billing, but even still is it any different than spending billions a year on foreign aid? No it isn't its the same shit. Well not really.. spending money in their countries might keep them there. But I agree, we shouldn't do either.. Closed borders and no foreign aid. Qualified, skilled labor only.
