explain what? the comments are pretty clear explanation in and of itself. the person who created that page is just a simple Nibiru-tard that won't have an open minded discussion, just ear-plugging and crying like a baby.

The venus transit is a popular spectacle and when it took 7 minutes longer than expected, the anomaly was noticed by amateur asstronomers worldwide. Except, that it wasn't. Transit times have always had a degree of variance in them, for a number of factors, most notably the actual transit path it takes. For example, the transit in 1761 was 6 hours and 35 minutes, but the transit in 1769 was 6 hours and 20 minutes.
