Biometrics using fingerprints. I recently went to disney for the first time. When you insert your ticket to enter the park you also place your finger on a biometric pad to match your fingerprint to that ticket so no one else can use it. This is what they are talking about. That would mean every retail establishment that accepted EBT would have to have a fingerprint reader. YAY!!
