Does anyone here have the skills and/or software to strip off the stupid "NBC" overlay"? We know they got it first, and a copyright notice at the bottom would suffice, but the document is unreadable!
I can't read it properly and with perception without either retyping it or somehow stripping the overlay. I'm sure others have this problem too.
The document seems to be a smoking gun for treason and/or insanity.
