Not just the NRA should read the Bible, I think the Reverend Jesse Jackson should take a refresher course, too, since he has made some pretty malicious claims about people who speak out against the right to protect themselves.

What a bunch of bull this is

I watched the entire video somebody posted by a Christian group. It was almost an hour long, but it had some good points. The salient points I thought were notable are listed below:

1.) In October, 1982, The House and Senate passed a joint resolution, RES: 97-280, making it a Public Law that "the Bible is the word of God," and thus should be considered the Laws of God.

2.) The Preacher speaking in that video made an interesting analogy. That just because a madman does something, should you pass a law banning the indirect cause of that crime? He cites Ted Bundy's admission to killing all the people he did was due to his addiction to pornography, so why didn't they pass a law against pornography?

3.) This Pastor was very fired up, and didn't pull any punches, even against many other preachers he thought were weak or fake, but he did overdue it when he described an experience he had in Washington D.C.

I wished I could get Rev' Jesse Jackson to watch another Preacher speak about this issue, because he might have a change in heart.

So much for all you "historians"...I've never seen or heard of such a "magnificent thing"...schooled! Carry on..
