I wish people would stop idolizing these letters and worshiping a name remember the Ten Commandments?Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33378118
The name of the Hebrew God, represented in Hebrew by the tetragrammaton (“four letters”) יהוה (Yod Heh Vav Heh), transliterated into Roman script Y H W H. The name was originally derived from the old Semitic root הוה (hawah).
YHWH roots from Yah (H3050) and Hawah (H1942), it means “God of wickedness”
From Strong’s Hebrew Dictionary:
1943 hovah ho-vaw’
another form for 1942; ruin:–mischief.
1942 havvah hav-vaw’ ruin:–calamity,
iniquity, mischief, mischievous (thing), naughtiness, naughty,
noisome, perverse thing, substance, very wickedness.

A little research shows your post to be a load of dingos kidneys.
The meaning of the name YHWH is not very clear, and therefor subject to much debate. The key scene in this respect seems to be Exodus 3:13-15, where God names Himself first: I AM WHO I AM (I Am Who I Am), then I AM (I Am), and finally YHWH (YHWH) and states that this is his name forever and a memorial name to all generations. It has been long supposed that YHWH is derived from the verb that is used to make I Am, namely haya (haya) to be, to become, to happen, or rather from an older form and rare synonym of haya, namely hawa, hawa, hence y-hawa or yahweh, the proper imperfect of the verb, thus rendering the name either Being or He Is. Kill the Entire Town if One Person Worships Another God
Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly promised your ancestors. "The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him." (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)
