A lot of countries in this world don't care about this situation because the US is perceived abroad as a warmongering, intolerant, oil greedy nation that relies on wars to boost their own economy which can barely compete against China these days. This is barely covered in our news here in the UK. To be honest, minus the few educated people in the US, most other countries would not care if it was wiped off the map tomorrow, and don't throw the 'who do you have to defend you in the world against Al Qaeda' crap because they are mostly after the US and its civilisation and moral entropy, Israel does a better job at taking people out, the special forces in the UK trained the US special forces and 3 letter groups, and culturally most of the US is the worlds laughing stock, sorry to break it to you.
