The year 2025, the year 2030, something is going to have to give…. …. We’re going to need more revenue…Surely it will require some sort of middle class taxes as well.. We won’t be able to pay for the kind of government the society will want without some increase in taxes… on the middle class, maybe a value added tax…And we’re also going to have to make decisions about health care, doc pay for health care that has no demonstrated medical benefits . So the snarky version…which I shouldn’t even say because it will get me in trouble is death panels and sales taxes is how we do this. " More at [ link to www.breitbart.com] It's ALWAYS raise the taxes. They NEVER talk about bringing health care cost under control. For example: I have an unfortunate condition in my eye that requires a shot in my eye on a frequent basis. The drug cost for the injection itself is about $150 They charge about $500 for the room After adding up incidentals, the cost is over $850.00 WTF??? How about $25 for the shot and that's it? Why, on God's green earth, should a stupid shot cost $850?? They should put their effort in controlling medical costs, and that would fix 99% of the problem.
