There is no pain. I have been shown this, one is drunk and pleasured. (This is backed up by the bible.) It is like drugging a women and then having your merry way with her over and over again.

The substance these woman make in their wombs gives the gods eternal life or their "glory" as they call it. They share it around with others (beasts of the field) which is why other men worship them and will do their bidding.
