My husband pointed out that what they called a "bunker" (all ominous sounding) sounded like a simple tornado shelter to him. There are lots of them down here.

What about the Hitch Hiker hatchet story, do you think he was real? I mean he seemed very composed and talkative for someone who just bludgeoned another human being with a hatchet. He couldn't even take the spotless clean looking backpack off for that interview? He could have been an actor, too, for all we know, yet people were lauding him as if he was a folk hero of some sort. Who has dug deep into that story to verify its validity? He was from West Virginia and he had a California "Narley" accent if you ask me, nothing of a drawl. I have doubts about all these stories since I started to come here for news. Thanks a lot GLP, now I have become a "Doubting Thomas," because of this, my life will never be the same!
