Very good post. More people should be aware of this technology, and even more still should care about how it's being used right now against thousands of victims in the US and EU. I'm referring to the continuation of the supposedly defunct programs MKUltra and COINTELPRO, colloquially known as "gangstalking."

Hundreds of patents have been filed for similar "synthetic telepathy" devices, and yes, they can be used to insert unwanted thoughts and urges into the subconscious of unwitting targets. The US Army even trialled the similar V2K (voice-to-skull) technology for battlefield use. It would allow the commander to "think" what the soldiers we're experiencing in real time.

Considering I said this last year, about Police Officers forced to be tased while in training, and how it could potentially mess with there pineal gland. This is very interesting. I'm not a science type person, but have read a lot about mind control victims and assumed the gov't/military would always hold the answers to how this was done to people. It's very good that conventional science is starting to address it. If you are bored and feel like providing some layterm type language to explain how your article helps understand how mind control type activity can be prevented (if this provides that answer), that would be great!

All i know is that shit hurts. Got hit five different times with full body lock and im fine.

They did it with animals, on video, so I'm sure they have with humans. With wireless phones and cellphones I guarantee they have. Anytime TPTB wants to mess with my life, they turn the frequency of the girlfriend I have at the time, from being in love with me, to hating my guts. Naturally there's some of that already, but I have sensed it too, and when I leave the cellphone away from me, I'm not bombarded with negative for example the "where the hell did that come from?" type of intrusive thoughts.

Back in the 90's they said on the radio news at the time, that the cell phone companies chose the same frequency that human brains use, I wondered that, that couldn't be good, as a kid, before the internet boom.

Heard on the radio news also, about when the first truck of Monsanto GM-Corn, found it's way into the food supply, and for years they told us that GM'd crops would NEVER fall into the human food supply,(while they said it was only supposed to be used to make Ethanol, but they used GM-crops to fatten up cattle/livestock in its feed) but then it took just 1 truckload of GM-corn to Kellogg's for the FDA/WhiteHouse saying "oh it's all the same"
