Gun Owners Can Be Sued For Using Them? | |

The only thing you can do is, if someone breaks into your home and you have to shoot them, do not stop shooting until they're dead. Otherwise, they'll take you to court and probably win your house, your car, and your retirement. |

If you do not have proof of insurance for your car guess what? You lose your tag in the spot and your vehicle can not be moved until you have proper documents showing proof of insurance. If you are caught carrying a firearm without insurance you will probably have your firearm taken until your buy the proper insurance. They know they can not violate the Constituion so they will just by pass it by other means. HandleTheTruth |

It wouldn't surprise me if it passes in the libtard cesspool states. Granted, it would seem unconstitutional, but after the idiot logic that led to the insurance requirement in Obamacare being upheld, I wouldn't expect the Supreme Court to reject this insurance requirement, either. |

Yeah I have actually been told by police officers that a dead man can tell no tales and there is only one side of the story. If you shoot, shoot to kill. HandleTheTruth |
