I don't think God has abandoned us. I think the USA and the world in general has abandoned Him.

How can He continue to bless and protect us against evil in the world after we collectively stopped believing in Him?

The Good News is that even if God forsakes the USA or even the rest of the world, He will never forsake His children, for He loves them. A nation may lose His blessings and protection, but individual believers will still be blessed by Him individually if they keep a close relationship with Him, no matter where they live.

It's really all about our personal relationship with God. It always has been. Yeshua(Jesus) is my only hero. And He never disappoints me!

I feel that way too sometimes, but then I look at what this country has become, and how may seem oblivious to it and even think it's great.

Our morals are so hopelessly twisted I think only great tragedy and loss will return people to their senses.
