God does not want even one soul lost. Even those who publicly proclaim they don't love him or need him, he wants you equally, loves equally. You see the problem is that you are judging God by those people who are just like you, trying to find their way. Some people go about it the wrong way, and yes, every religion is full of hypocrites. On the other side, there are quiet beautiful people out there who want nothing more than to please their creator. And those people, at this very moment, are praying that God will break through the smallest crack in your armor. So that you can see and feel that he loves you, needs you, and wants you. By separating yourself from his love, by using hate as a shield, you are not permitting him entrance. So, I pray, if only for a brief moment, that you will let your guard down long enough to consider that God loves you, and that those enlightened brothers and sisters of this world love you too. Close your eyes and rest in knowing that you are loved, and despite whatever has separated you from the creator, know that his mercy is endless and be assured that you are forgiven.
