Get them to read and learn. There are lots of books and other resources out there. It's true, there aren't the same "rites of passage" to become a man like there used to be. Men are raised by women and rarely work in more masculine environments with other men, like on farms, etc. Many environments now are "equalized" to the point of making eunuchs out of some men. Then women wonder where all the "good men" went. So much politically correct BS and no support for the average guy has led to even more confusion when it comes to men seeking to just be a man, unapologetically. Women have had, and still have, tons of support and far more opportunities than they have ever had. Yet many are still not happy. I wonder why.
