Yeah I know that. But if someone made a super small remote control device that looked like a beetle or something, they could roll it right in the door and nobody would notice. Have a little hidden camera on it that transmits the video back to you right outside and bam you can see whats going on in there.

Thats not the point though, I wanna know if I talk about stuff like that and then somebody actually does it, if i can get charged with something. Is it protected under free speech or not? Ive tried googling it

Indeed it is. However, that doesn't make it wrong in my book. Right and wrong have nothing to do with legal or illegal, imo.

Illegal or Immoral? Ask yourself that question instead. We should only answer to ourselves. Illegal is a word that need to disappear as the people who makes the laws break them themselves.
I said it in another post today but I think soon people will need to choose between the empire and the rebels like in Star Wars.
