Collin Konow is a CT state trooper. The SH audio includes a conversation about and with this gentleman as he is making his way toward something through the woods; I'm of course guessing it's the school. His name is clearly used in the audio.

He's ex-Ranger; I suppose he could have been inserted into the event as a sniper? But chances are he's the guy pulled out of the woods, the "off duty" personnel.
