is there way to Kill bacteria around the tooth ROOT CANAL using natural means?

Had root canal, then retreatement (tooth was still tender), had several rounds of antibiotics, now tooth is reacting to heat. Doctor says to either have root canal surgery or pull it, he thinks there is a residual bacteria around the root.
Any natural ways to fix this?

Replace the tooth with a false tooth rather than continue to breed a bed of chronic infection. First THIS!!!!^^^^^^^: Even one of the guys that founded the Association of Endodontists (root canal specialists), George Meinig, D.D.S., who actively promoted and performed thousands of them and trained other doctors to perform them- himself lived to regret it. In fact he devoted his life to blowing the whistle on those who still insist on the procedure. Secondly: Oil of Oregano. I definitely recommend it.
