in your book azerbajian diary, the statement is made that your unique literary effort might even be described as a book about heydar aliyev, a man that even you, a brilliantly verastile intellect don't understand....my thinking is that aliyev is a man who realizes that the overt oil in his key portion of the caspian sea is just as valuable sitting there as it is being worked and he plays to the entities above him that control the oil..in the case of the soviet union, the communists sitting on the oil because it kept the price high thus burdening their ideological enemies the industrialized western capitalist democracies...then when the soviet union fell apart, tossing all that wealth up in the air for grabs like a basketball opening tip, he reverses himself and palays to the flawed mindsets that seek to keep the prices high which would be jihad, greedy, elite based western oil, and lastly the zionist based russian private oil interests..hed id a masterful juggling act thru the contract of the century

in your book azerbajian diary, the statement is made that your unique literary effort might even be described as a book about heydar aliyev, a man that even you admittedly, a brilliantly versatile intellect, don't understand....my thinking is that aliyev is a man who realizes that this overt oil(its practically coming out of the ground by itself) in his key portion of the caspian sea, is just as valuable sitting there as it is being worked and he plays to the entities above him that control the oil..in the case of the soviet union,he plays to communist manipulation because it kept the price high thus burdening their ideological enemies the industrialized western capitalist democracies...then, when the soviet union fell apart, tossing all that wealth up in the air for grabs like a basketball opening tip, he reverses himself and plays to the flawed mindsets that seek to keep the prices high by burying the oil that they can and footdragging the rest..these flawed mindsets which would be jihad, greedy elite based western oil interests, and lastly, the zionist based russian private oil interests..he did a masterful juggling act thru the "contract of the century" in 1994 to the operatorship handover in 1999...
