Jogging is total bullshit. But the Alternative Is Sickness and Early Death | |

I also do about 15 minutes on the eliptical and about 30 minutes in a FAR Infra-red suana every other day. I sweat like a pig and my pulse is equivalent to jogging. Google the Mayo Clinic research of Infra red sauna...its benefits will blow your mind. Just sittin' there. |

Experimented with my own body and have tons of facts & info to support it. But you raise a very good point. I can understand how far of a jump it is to correlate loss of sexual energy with aging. I need to fill this gap with more details, links and sources if I'm going to mention it on a public forum. Also you will find a lot of material out there about sexual energy cultivation and semen retention, and these books will mention a lot of the things I write about in this forum about sex, EXCEPT that these books AVOID to explicitly tell the reader about the correlation of aging with loss of sexual energy, probably because even the people writing such books haven't achieved this level of understanding. But there are books who will tell the tales of Chinese kings and masters who lived for hundreds of years. There are also books about immortal people walking this planet. Finally, notice that I'm not talking about longevity, but about health. If you don't lose a single drop of semen, you wouldn't just live "longer"; you would be virtually immortal. Living longer has nothing to do with health. I may live 30 years with peak health and not one drop of semen lost, but then next day I die by a plane crash. But if it wasn't for the plane crash I could've lived 5000 years. Or I may emit semen at will and still manage to live for 90 years, except that 40 out of those 90 years will be in miserable health. It's relative. I'm not talking about living longer, but about living better for as long as you can. I'd rather live for 30 years with perfect health than live 60 years of a slow decay. |

No offence, repectfully your reproductive system is self-generating. It was designed to be used daily. Sex is a wonderful gift. Abstaining or avoiding orgasm is a waste of that gift. No one lives much more than 100 or so. Seriously. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20459027 Sex is a wonderful gift. Abstaining or avoiding orgasm is a waste of that gift. No one lives much more than 100 or so. Seriously. except that it's possible to achieve genital orgasm without ejaculation. it's possible to separate the two. the energy that is periodically used by your body to replenish lost semen is enormous. If such expenditure was cut short, this energy would instead be reabsorbed and flow to your brain and organs. This would ultimately lead to stronger health, greater intelligence , and enlightenment furthermore, there are other types of 'orgasm' such as mind orgasm and even spiritual orgasm. Most people are still in the genital stage of their sexual development. I still have a lot to learn too. No one lives more than 100 or so ? Sure -- I can believe that. Let's say that 99.99% will grow old normally, while the remaining 'immortals' will still die from extreme circumstances. See, with my knowledge I can avoid aging all right, but I cannot escape probability or boredom. I would probably choose to die after a 1000 years here. |

Even though jogging is total bullshit, you better get out there everyday and do it, or youre going to be screwed. Nobody who isn't a lunatic wants to go out and jog, that is unless theyve been doing it consistently for a long while. the sooner you commit to it and do it everyday the better off you'll be, getting the benefits without the pain. Tomorrow you must go jogging, if you enjoy living it's truly not an option. Quoting: Samuel Bachelor Of Science it's not, you can do it, it's you must do it |

Yeah you may know some lazy uncle who chain smoked and lived to 100, but not everyone dodges so many bullets, in fact very few do. Quoting: Samuel Bachelor Of Science Au contraire. It's a fifty/fifty shot. Your going to work yourself up into such an anxiety frenzy, that your going to die young. I had two pappy's that lived into their mid 90's and they both smoked a pipe. They did work hard in their lives, but they never engaged in modern day sports or gyms. Your mind is what will preserve you further than extreme sports. Do you think your going to live past 50 thinking you need to run, eat everything healthy and deny yourself a life? You won't. You need to enjoy life and do things in moderation. Live for the sake of JC. You sound so stiff and boring. Is that how you want to live your life? I'm not sure why you think of eating healthy food and exercising as "denying yourself a life". You make it sound like sitting on the couch drinking pop and eating cheetos is your idea of really living! |

Interval burst training. Get your heart up to max for 30 secs or a minute. Stop til it goes back to normal....do it 3 or 4 times in a row... Takes 10 minutes. Long periods of vigorous exersize actually ages you more and reduces your HGH and Test. |

GreenishAndCoolish User ID: 60897983 Portugal 07/30/2014 10:55 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hello there OP! :D Thanks for your post! :D I also like to go jogging, have not done it in a while tho. So thanks for the reminder! Nice thread. If I may be premitted a few small advices, here I come. Someone has also suggested sitting on their butts all day and being healthy is possible. Well, I don't know, but in light of that point, my advice is: OP you mentioned that getting your blood pumping is healthy. I may suggest COLD SHOWERS. It is also healthy OP, check it out. I'm not saying it as to replace exercise but it is pretty valuable, at least for some people. So ladies and gentleman, you may want to give it a shot sometime! :D Another thing someone might want to try out is sun gazing! Here is how it works: On the first 1 hour of sunrise and on the last hour before sunset, you look at the sun! You may start at 10 seconds the first day (Just 10, either sunrise or sunset) and then add 10 seconds more each day. That's one method. But go with your intuition! :D I for one sungazed a lot more then that. I mean, after a while I was doing it like 20 minutes sometimes haha. I trust the sun, and that someone put it there well. And also, during the day I sometimes do it for like 5 seconds or so, as a quick boost of energy hehe. 5 seconds here, 5 seconds there... you get the deal! (5-10...). But generally I wouldn't recommend doing it during the day, it's too strong for me... Unless you are someone like the da13thsun, then you can do it, that's what he said. [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] I hope I explained it simply enough, in doubt, follow your intuition. It's supposed to be good for the pineal gland, general health, and it may help you get knowledge too! Dennis says that if you are in the know-ledge, you are staring at the sun directly in the eye, you are a messanger of the sun, the great god. Thanks for reading all, have a great day! :D Last Edited by GreenishAndCoolish on 07/30/2014 10:58 AM |
