Report Copyright Violation | Re: Longevity is in your genes Yes,think about it. They say to excercise when young. Ok,you do that. Then, when you get older, your bones or whatever are ruined from the excercise that you did while younger. If you can walk in your sixties without pain, you are lucky! |
