lol.. my dad was chief tech at the cable company during the 80's, he had hbo for life..i would steal those filters from his truck & sell them at school..hahah!

we had mtv before it was available to the public too-
kids would pile into our living room to check it out

seemed like a big deal at the time, music videos on tv..whoa!

We used to have one of those small white HBO satellite dishes on the roof.My dad would send me up the ladder onto the roof to move the dish around and try to get the snow out of the picture.
