See the night time is when I feel the strongest energies

Same here , I mostly feel energized with the sun which is why I love spring and summer so much, I also attribute that to being being born in the summer. ^_^ but don't get me wrong a full moon is merzmerizing. @.@

Because the evil guys come out at night!

Night is Generally much more soothing and quiet. Sure the Lurking Night Terror is in these woods ,but it's been there all my life and never harmed me yet.
I love walking in the twilight and mist.

I heard that before, that at 3 AM, the veil is thinnest?
what is the reason for this? what is so special about 2-4 AM, is there a special alignment of stars, or a certain celestial body that is visible from the dark side of the earth at that specific time, though that wouldn't make sense since the earth is in constant movement.

It is also said that many get inspired the most at this time, writers/poets can't sleep, get up around 2-4 to write down their thoughts.

I was thinking similar thoughts.

Yes, I thought about that too.
But it can´t be the stars or something, remember it is constantly 3 am every hour somewhere in the world.
So I think it would have to do something with the sun.
Maybe the most less sunshine in the darkest hour effects the earth magnetic field in a way or so.

But it could be something different, something more abstract..
What if is has something to do with the energy we collectively create, when we are asleep, when we are in REM, deep-sleep. Takes some hours til we get there, so that would fit into the time frame, I guess.
Let´s assume some spirits know when they can "reach" us, or "attack" or whatsoever.

jup I thought about that aswell, It can't be something that is suddenly there at night, since we are rotating all the time and as you said, it's always 3AM somewhere ;) the only things that would make sense is the position of the sun and the moon, and they already influence us when we see them, so perhaps they also influence us when absent? :)

about the sleep patterns, yeah that makes sense in a way, when everyone is awake and active, we produce too much "noise" perhaps? and when everything calms, communicating would be easier?

To the "It's always 3am somewhere on the world"-problem, i think it also relates to the proximity of the field. At least all the people in your area are asleep.

Should be the same when your going out into the woods in a remote area. During the day and in urban areas the sheeps are generating waaaaay too much "noise"

I think what we are perceiving is the true sound of mother nature's stillness.

For me it's a relief that i've forgotten a long time ago.

My nana told me it was the witching hour...where if you are doing some type of spells or whatever this is the time to work them. I have also heard it was the devils hour...where negative spiritiual entities come through the strongest. Just relaying what was taught to me by my moms mom. FYI I don't do any type of magic but to me it can be magical around those times :)
