True story. I was in New York in 2003 at the Sony studios in the photoshop department (yes they have that). The Beyonce album "Dangerously in Love" was coming out and the guy working on her cover showed me how they took a photo of Beyonce with what looked like a pot belly which he said was an un-photoshopped picture of her.

He done some brush strokes in the program and then turned around the computer and showed me he had given her a totally flat stomach, smoothed her skin and flattened the bridge of her nose and had altered the original photo. I said to him this had to be some sort of joke that they wouldn't use that as the final cover and walked out. A few months later I was in a local cd shop and see the Beyonce album on the rack with the exact altered photo he had worked on as the cover.
