It's like when Peter Jackson cashed in on the tragedy of 9-11 in 2002 by releasing a movie called "The Two Towers".

And what is the new tragedy?

The original Wizard of Oz movie is a theosophist/illuminati/kabballah/revelations movie about the revealing of jesus christ through his mother mary/isis who is portrayed as dorothy the fool with the three magi. Under the genres of beauty and the beast and parsifal.

So I'm going to assume the new movie has some vieled revelatory meaning on this very subject.
Considering everyone is waiting for jesus to return..... Expect his fellow teachers in parables to continue putting out lots of movies on the subject.

I thought Oz was about the controlling bankers, the gold standard and the ability to control our own financial freedom through switching to a silver standard. I think it was from the 1870's or 80's when silver was more plentiful. Maybe today we need to look at switching to a clay standard or something....

the belief in his 'power'
the fear of his power was used to control-and did so effectively until..

revealing him 'behind the veil' released the others of their false belief in his power and opened their minds to the reality of the appropriate effect of belief in their own power


if it isn't about that - then its probably trying to convince us to believe in the power of wizards behind veils

I saw lots of hidden meaning in the new film. Just the idea that a man mis leads the people and isn't what they thought. Early in the movie there is a mason symbol on the wall. There is the shot of Oz turning to the people of oz and he says "stick with the plan" while making the horn symbol with his hands. I went into this movie expecting messages and wasn't let down. Notice the people of Oz didn't have weapons in the army?
