10k to million dollars bails are not excessive for people making zero money or making 30 k a year?

8 years in prison for paint on a wall.... not cruel punishment?

Permits for hunting and fishing... not a loss of liberty?

Removal of any kind of arms for the right to bears will not be infringed?

Shall not imprison for debt .. but they lock people of for contempt on child support debt.

Equal protection under the law, but people cant get a fair lawyer for defense. They get a county assistant DA.

Force people to buy products such as insurance for accidents rather then using the civil court system and filing claims.

Removal of habeas corpus.The creation of retro active laws.Manly because the courts system don't obey the idea of law.

Right to a speedy trial , that never happens within 3 months. Most the time is takes a year or better. If you cant afford the excessive bail , then you are screwed.

The system set up not for justice , but to make money for lawyers and the state.
