Tell me something, IF a US Citizen were on a battlefield firing rockets or a gun at approaching US forces would the President be justified in launching an attack against that US citizen?
Well, we have the same thing....the ONLY difference is in this case, the US citizen is not wearing a uniform and his attacks may come at any time, not only directed at US military but at citizens as well....
This is not a criminal case, it is a case of WAR, plain and simple.
I have no problem with Obama taking out these pond scum...what I do have a problem with is both his and the lefts hyporcrisy on the subject when it came to Bush implementing similiar rules of engagement in trying to protect American lives.
