This guy was NOT the type to be able to roll out in the middle of a blizzard in the mountains and be sippin hot totties in a hooch a few hours later. Regardless of what those who have not been there think. he just wasn't. He is not the survivalist many have tried to make him. He has made plenty of mistakes.. and I believe his last one was trudging off through the woods in a snow storm. i do not think there was anyone there or another vehicle to help him. My opinion of course, based on my extensive experience in the realm of outdoor survival in pretty much all environments. As far as what i have offered. There is no way he would be able to survive under cover this long evading police. It would be hard enough to do in the current weather conditions trying to be found! Lowest ive been in is -4 and snow was already on the ground. I still can't see him making a choice to go out there and lower his chances of survival. How does one weigh the risks. |
