Re: Manhunt for former LA Police Officer
I wonder if any Navy guys can chime in. " River ops and underwater ops", is he talking about UDT tasks?

If he is what he says he is, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts using IED's, especially a VBIED at the funerals.

Doubt he has manpads though.

One dangerous guy though, but surpisingly he seems lucid, at least lucid enough to do some major damage.

Nice thread Tiger 86. Shows what some people are capable of when they feel they've lost everything and have nothing left to lose. hf

He needs to lawyer up then surrender to the Feds ,FBI or something other than LA cops.

He has a story to tell, and it looks like LA cops do not want him to tell it.

Authorities said they believe Dorner attempted to steal a boat from an elderly man about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Point Loma Yacht Club in San Diego, hours before the shootings in Riverside County.

The boat owner reported being accosted by a burly man who tied him up, threatened him with a gun and said he wanted the boat to flee to Mexico.

But while they were trying to get underway, a rope became entangled in the propeller and the boat was inoperable, authorities said.

The suspect fled the scene and the boat owner was unharmed.

About 2 a.m., a citizen reported finding property belonging to Dorner on a street near Lindbergh Field, not far from the scene of the attempted boat theft. The property included a briefcase and Dorner's LAPD badge.

Why are the MODS passing on this story?

This needs to be pinned.

Maybe because I posted earlier

Thread: Former LAPD Officer Crosses That Thin Blue LIne

but this is a better thread. If so, I hope this one is pin. It's a better thread. I'll click pin request and if mods don't pin it soon, I'll karma pin it after some of the other green pins are off. They only allow 10 green at a time.

Edit to add: Pin request is in the top of the first post on the right side. Enough people click it, and they'll pin it.

"We're asking our officers to be extraordinarily cautious just as we're asking the public to be extraordinarily cautious with this guy. He's already demonstrated he has a propensity for shooting innocent people. We can't provide a lot of information now because we're trying to capture him," said Cmdr. Andrew Smith. "We don't know where he is. We're looking for the public's help to locate this guy. Anybody who sees him or believes they see him or his vehicle should call 911."

Dorner's LAPD badge and an ID were found near San Diego's airport and were turned in to police at early Thursday, San Diego police Sgt. Ray Battrick said.

Re: Manhunt for former LA Police Officer
Citizens/non-combatants, do not render medical aid to downed officers/enemy combatants. They would not do the same for you. They will let you bleed out just so they can brag to other officers that they had a 187 caper the other day and can’t wait to accrue the overtime in future court subpoenas. As they always say, “that’s the paramedics job…not mine”. Let the balance of loss of life take place. Sometimes a reset needs to occur.

It is endless the amount of times per week officers arrest an individual, label him a suspect-arrestee-defendant and then before arraignment or trial realize that he is innocent based on evidence. You know what they say when they realize an innocent man just had his life turned upside down?. “I guess he should have stayed at home that day he was discovered walking down the street and matching the suspects description. Oh well, he appeared to be a dirtbag anyways”. Meanwhile the falsely accused is left to pick up his life, get a new, family, friends, and sense of self worth.

Don’t honor these fallen officers/dirtbags. When your family members die, they just see you as extra overtime at a crime scene and at a perimeter. Why would you value their lives when they clearly don’t value yours or your family members lives? I’ve heard many officers who state they see dead victims as ATV’s, Waverunners, RV’s and new clothes for their kids. Why would you shed a tear for them when they in return crack a smile for your loss because of the impending extra money they will receive in their next paycheck for sitting at your loved ones crime scene of 6 hours because of the overtime they will accrue. They take photos of your loved ones recently deceased bodies with their cellphones and play a game of who has the most graphic dead body of the night with officers from other divisions. This isn’t just the 20 something year old officers, this is the 50 year old officers with significant time on the job as well who participate.

The Violence of action will be HIGH. I am the reason TAC alert was established. I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty. ISR is my strength and your weakness. You will now live the life of the prey. Your RD’s and homes away from work will be my AO and battle space. I will utilize every tool within INT collections that I learned from NMITC in Dam Neck. You have misjudged a sleeping giant. There is no conventional threat assessment for me. According to documents from a court of appeals hearing in October 2011, Dorner was fired from the LAPD after he made a complaint against his field training officer, Sgt. Teresa Evans. Dorner said that in the course of an arrest, Evans kicked suspect Christopher Gettler, a schizophrenic with severe dementia.

Re: Manhunt for former LA Police Officer
A huge manhunt is under way in Southern California for a former Los Angeles police officer, who authorities say has killed one officer and is a suspect in the killing of two other people.

Two officers in Riverside were shot early Thursday, one fatally, police there confirmed to CNN. CNN affiliate KTLA reported another officer was shot in Corona, California.
Christopher Jordan Dorner, 33, is also wanted in a double slaying Sunday in Irvine, California.

The California Highway Patrol issued an alert Thursday morning urging officers in several Southern California counties to be on the lookout for Dorner.

Dorner has made violent threats against other Los Angeles police officers, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
"I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty," Dorner allegedly wrote in a lengthy letter promising retribution against the departme nt, where he worked from 2005 until 2008. An LAPD source provided the document to CNN after the overnight shootings.

Crazy huh? Fired for calling out another incident of police brutality. I can't imagine being a cop nowadays, that is there for the right reasons.. to protect and serve. The 'good' cop instead has to experience on a daily basis the deeply corrupt, sick , lawless good ol blue boy club and join the sickness or SHUT UP.

The MSM of course will not cover the corruption aspect sited in his manifesto. Dorner is still a bit naive in that he appeals to mainstream journalists to research and expose some truth.
