Very interesting, the hysterical reaction by the LAPD when they face one man who has gone after them and their families for wrongs committed against him. This is one man. It seems that if pushed LE turns into a bunch of quaking, trigger-happy, terrified girly girls. Doesn't bode well for prospects of using these types in future oppression efforts.

Yup a man matching the description is hold up in a rental unit near or on the Point Loma naval base.

Well if they are ignorant to the fact that the cops are distracted then how would they know to take advantage?

It appears LAPD has looser rules of engagement than the military in Iraq or Afghanistan....think about it....

they said they found his badge in san diego but his badge was taken when he was fired. Also, why would he tell the man in san diego he was going to take his boat to mexico and after that didnt work out he drove back to Riverside(about a hour and a half drive) to shoot those other 3 cops and then drive back to san diego again. doesnt make sense

I wouldn't be surprised by that, since LAPD can't be charged with war crimes if the fuck up...

The only thing that has evolved from the consent decree is those officers involved in the Rampart scandal and Rodney King incidents have since promoted to supervisor, commanders, and command staff, and executive positions.

The question is, what would you do to clear your name?.....
