The burned clothes are not related to the dog.

They were found in the truck. They specifically said other then burnt truck parts a few pieces of clothes.

Re: Manhunt for former LA Police Officer
A guarantee end to this: even if he surrenders, there will be an execution and cover-up that he died in a 'shootout'. LAPD doesn't want him to talk about the *WHY* he did this if he goes in handcuffs and gets to have a position on a court stand.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33527300

I'd bet that officially he'll commit suicide. I also have doubts he'll kill any more. It might be strung out (see the Raoul Moat case in the UK the other year*), but he'll b cornered and commit "suicide" eventually imho.

*basically a roided up body builder who got into his head that his ex had cheated on him with a cop, went to her house, killed her partner (who wasn't a cop), wounded her, then ran off and shot another cop, who was blinded, then went on the run for about a week before being shot dead / tazered so he shot himself with a muscle twitch / committed suicide.

Probably a scent hound. Maybe he booby trapped the clothes with a chemical or some type grenade which is why they and the dog were burned. 1dunno1
 Quoting: Nine's

I already posted that the call about the dog was in San bernadino and was not related to the manhunt
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 957683

Right, but then another one was posted about clothes and dog. Maybe it was the same one. Sorry if it's the same one. hf
 Quoting: Nine's

I think they were saying they found burnt clothing next to the dog, maybe someone burned the dog with some kind of clothing, there are some sick fucks out there. But the address was in downtown San bernadino so it hasn't anything to do with dorner.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 957683

Re: Manhunt for former LA Police Officer
also, socio / psychopaths believe their lies and their delusional reality ... they are always the victim. this dude is clearly insane in the membrane and his manifesto reads like he believes the lies he has made up about his life. wronged people, who believe in God, have the satisfaction of knowing that no matter what anyone else thinks they "know," that God knows the truth and that is enough....you don't go out and kill people to "clear your name."

liberalism, as it exists today, is clearly just part of this man's insanity.

Hate to repeat this but I have just watched a news recap on channel 2 and they said as clear as day that it all began at 9:30 (Pacific) this morning when they found a burned out shell of the truck. I honestly can't believe this as we sat here and watched it burn.

Anderson Cooper was singled out by Dorner as someone he respected and I guess that's why he sent him the package.

Please excuse me while I go to the bathroom and vomit.

This is simply a total joke.

Anything to save Cooper's job and ass.

I went to high school with this guy. We played on the same football team together. It's really weird! He was the nicest guy. John F. Kennedy High School is where we went in La Palma, Ca. Coach Olsen was the football coaches name if you don't believe me and need to verify. I'll also answer any questions that I can.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1568925

In manifesto he asked media to interview his high school friends to show he's never been a bully
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15252894

My daughter dated a guy in high school...really sweet and friendly kid. We all loved him and his family. He received an athletic scholarship to college, and she went to a college in another state. Every so often they kept in touch, but only as friends.

One day he called her at college, and he was discussing this opportunity he had to make some money. An older guy told these college kids that he'd pay them to retrieve some property of his that was stolen. They were to break into a house for it. My daughter told him he was crazy even to consider it!

She didn't hear from him for months. Then I read about it in the local newspaper and called her at her college. He and some guys were caught breaking into that house and now they were in jail.

So now he had a criminal record. Not only did they break in, they beat up the owner who suprised them while they were in the house. Once released from jail, he wore an ankle tracking device. I forbid my daughter to ever see him again. She eventually got engaged to someone, so she wasn't in touch with him.

About a year or so later, while watching TV, I see that there was a shooting at a restaurant about 10 miles from my house. The story goes that he was stalking a girl he had dated (after he got out of jail) and her parents had forbidden her to see him. So he went to the restaurant where she was a waitress, went into the kitchen, shot her in the head, then killed himself.
 Quoting: nutmeg

Well that was a sad story but what is the relation?
