Talked to someone living up in Big Bear last night and he said they aren't even supposed to leave the house anymore it's on total lockdown. But with them shooting nearly anything hat moves I don't think I would want to leave anyway. He lives about a mile away from where they found the vehicle.
Quoting: Coma Patient #7 that's right. once they get the order to "shoot to kill", all the rules go out the window.
