Here's my first -

I've had sleep paralysis for years now, but last year (prob longer -it's a slippery time to measure) is changing.

Some interesting times like running down the stairs, reach the door, remember my body was still in bed, run back and wake up (it's a very weird groggy wakeup) be dragged back down to sleep and repeat over and over and over and over!

it's really awful some times. I just want to stop and i can't. But on that particular night I did finally get thru the door by making quiet sounds with huge effort (i can;t ever speak) to my roommate. He opened door and i stepped into his room of glow in the dark paint and tons of cats swarming into the yard from the street.

All these episodes involve my street if I make it past my bed. If i don;t make it past bed then i'm stuck hearing people walk around, come up the stairs etc.

Another was looking out my window (i'm paralyzed and aware but asleep and dreaming things as they mostly really are) and people walking up and down street noisily, i saw 3 people building some wooden structure at the corner of my yard. I saw them see me and i tried to shout at them -what are you doing? but they wouldnt acknowledge my presence so just sat and watched til my eyes finally came open in bed.

Ive never left the house in that state, don;t know why but thought scares me a little.

Just in last couple weeks i start falling asleep and am brought conscious by electric shock feeling jabs at the base of my skull. and then the shock pulls me right into a dream and then right back out. it will happen 5 or 6 times. It's not horrible but not pleasant either and i've started feeling antsy about going to bed.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

the base of the skull is essentially the last implant that has to be removed for us to flow freely. you don't resonate high enough yet to not fear because you still believe that feelings are something to be afraid of.

Sounds like some internal concessions because the world calls you different that what you know to be true. It is your higher self trying to tell you it is ok, but you resonate in a frequency that stops you from feeling the love

Here's my second-

My friend's girlfriend killed herself last month, she did it in the back yard of an empty house just a few up from theirs. She used an exit bag (i'd never heard of such a thing!)so some planning involved.

They had an intensely toxic relationship, my friend is not a good person to have as a boyfriend, and that's putting it mildly, and she was a mess herself. I think he chooses women that will be a good match for the painful dramas he's compelled to carry out. I guess she probably chose him for same reason.

He was already super fucked up, and now he is even beyond that. He's spent his life hiding from self examination and prefers to see all pain and frustration as coming from outside himself, something being done TO him. I see him as creating most of it.

Recently he's said he knows it's his fault, not so much that he made her KILL herself, but that his actions contributed to her death. I think that he is absolutely right. He says 'i dont if i'll make it' and i can't comfort him becuz i don;t know if he will either! He's 42 and a drug addict and a fucking self-righteous ass! But i love him dearly even with those flaws and i want to help him face himself. If he doesnt i think he WILL die.

I've been very honest with him, accept for the not knowing either if he'll make it, and my agreement with his responsibility in her committing suicide.
Should I say those things?? Should i just let him alone and hope he figures it out??

I guess my real question would be.. Once 'that density (I) ask of' is attained.. doubt in all its forms would disappear.. but could love (or anything really) cause me to return to the previous density? What would keep that vibration from being maintained?
