question everything and look into it yourself
consider the greater good of the universe in all that you think and do
positive affirmations that do not question but state truths
tell the truth, even if it is in a mirror with nobody around
breathe better and more consistently. Everything you are stuck in mind , you stop breathing well and you freak from lack of oxygen
alkalize, then your system breaths on it's own and you start to take breaths of life- your chest literally opens up and you start this amazing breathing that does it by itself
