I have no friends, no family, no relatives and don't like crowded places. Everyday after work I come home to my 1 bed flat with the kitchen, toilet and bed in the same room, and go to sleep, normally with no dinner. I have 1 meal a day and that's during lunch.

Sleep is all I do after work and I don't have a social life.

I don't know how long I can go on like this.

My existence is pointless. What can I do..
