Dunno if the Breivik massacre/terrorist attack was related only to this, but Norway was offering to buy out all the Greek debt (300BN) on favorable terms and help Greece with oil/natgas exploration because of their ability to drill very deep, they were already in the process of buying Greek bonds since summer 2010. They pulled out all their offers immediately after the Breivik carnage and Greece continued with more IMF/ECB bailouts. Pretty wide-spread conspiracy here in Greece at that time, published in almost all of the blogs etc. I admit though that Breivik case had also other TPTB messages too, could maybe not be related, just sharing a local conspiracy.
