So, riddle me this... Panetta's testimony would seem to contradict a photo that was released by the White House earlier in January that showed President Barack Obama in the Oval Office the night of the Benghazi attack.

I guess they figured he's better off being accused of gross negligence rather than complicit treason...Either way, Panetta's comments are sufficient cause for impeachment if true.

what makes me crazy is the lack of follow-up questions. and the short amount of time that each senator gets to question a witness. by the time they get going their time is up and on to the other side who completely changes the subject and the original point is lost.

what did nixon do compared to clinton and obama? not much, but according to what i have read that was a different time when truth and honor actually meant something to a majority of the people in this country and they did not tolerate liars and scumbags in the highest office in the land.

Come on, OP. Panetta & Obama had a 5pm EST meeting set up and supposedly were watching a live feed from a drone overhead in the area. The two SEALS held off the attack for 7 hours, and they painted the target expecting support as they gave away their position. 2 Generals were relieved of command over the incident shortly thereafter. Seems like the SEALS screwed up Barry's plans, and Barry got even by having them assassinated for their intervention to bury the whole incident. That's what I remember of it.

So if he knows they were using the Embassy as a secret prison; why would he react with surprise? He was prob assuming it wouldn't get such huge coverage so fast or something.

you are not going to get an argument from me, i do believe that there was something bad going on there and that the seals got in the way. i do believe that hillary and obama watched as those men were killed and both panicked because it was so close to the election.

they shouldn't have "worried" as the media has no intention of holding them accountable for depraved indifference and illegally transferring weapons to rebels.
