This is very close to santa monica...It is in Westwood near UCLA Campus...A very very busy main street, Wilshire....if true....this will be a commuters biggest nightmare!!!!

and i heard this info.
then i heard some cops in "the location" wanting to text each other instead of using the scanner.

it dosen't sound like a manhunt at all...
