It likely was his speech geared to what TED videos wants explored which was the idea a 15 year old upset his uncle died a week after pancreatic cancer diagnoses made him spend 1.5 years making an early detection test on a specific protein it emits early which his work happened to find proteins emitted early in lung and ovarian cancers. He never said he made a cure. He made an early diagnosis possible to use a cure on.He also made it cheap so even the poor could afford it as opposed to an $800 late detection test not very accurate.

What he doesn't know is the $800 test likely cost 3 cents to make, too. They use half a teaspoon of young people's urine collected at fairs calling it thrombourokinase(for urine that breaks up blood clots) and charge you $5,000 for it as it is "life saving".

Let him break through barriers setting up a service oriented health maintenance system and the docs with the cures suppressed and unable to get them out can get them to him.I am sure he would be open to hearing.

This situation, will be buried more than likely. Maybe someday.
It reminds me of the frequency generator...senario. The medical community know it works, But is so easy to use, they are looking for ways to make more $$$. Macular degeneration, it happened to me.
