An Ariane 5 rocket is set to launch on another dual-payload mission Thursday with a communications satellite to broadcast television and high-speed Internet services to Latin America and the first satellite for Azerbaijan. Liftoff from French Guiana is scheduled for 2136 GMT (4:36 p.m. EST) at the opening of a 44-minute window.
