How Many People Know Someone Who is Having Their Home Foreclosed?
The media got off this story a long time ago but very quietly there are still hundreds of thousands of homeowners being foreclosed on...and amazingly about 84% of them are illegal. I did the research on this and know what I'm talking about. Please let me know if you know any of these people who are being scammed out of their homes. Thanks.

Don't know but someone who killed themselves this week, found out today was being foreclosed on, the suicide rate (guessing) is out the roof. why they keep talking about the rates of suicides among the vets... but it's not just vets..

I know. I spent about 400 hours researching this and at the end, you find out that the US government ends up protecting the scammers. Forget about the homeowner who is having his home stolen from him. I know how they are doing it and believe I have developed a defense that people who have no money for a lawyer can use to keep their homes.

Neighbors house auctioned off this week. No sign in the yard, I figure the auction failed and the bank will just sit on it until the roof rots

I'll give you the first step to determine whether you are the victim of fraud. Go to your county clerks office where your mortgage is registered and get a copy of your mortgage. If the name of the lender is not who you thought had been holding your mortgage, but is another bank's name, that's the first clue. Second clue will be that the name of the mortgage holder is a TRUST. What it would say is, for example, Bank of America National Trust or Chase Bank National Trust. If the word TRUST is there, it is a 99% guarantee that you are a victim of fraud. That will be the giveaway that you are being defrauded out of your home. There are a few other very obvious clues which are a bit more difficult to explain, but these two should tell you whether you must put up a fight for your home.

Post the results here on this thread. I'll check back every day to see if you found these irregularities. Good luck.

This is nothing I have any knowledge of. I'm not a lawyer. It doesn't look like you have enough money to hire a lawyer so the only thing I can suggest is, if you are capable of doing a lawyers work and do a lot of research on the very subject of your foreclosure by starting with Google and putting in "cases involving foreclosure of condos", you may find one or more listed cases and the legal documents that were used in those cases. If any of them are similar to yours they could form the basis for you to file for a "Motion to Dismiss" or a "Show Cause." What this will do is stop the foreclosure process while the case is under review, which can take a lot of time.

I don't know if you have much time, enough to do the research necessary and put together a filing but I think its the best option for you.

Everything you need is somewhere on Google. Find it. And good luck.

If it has to do with banks, its almost a guarantee that there's a scam in there somewhere. I put the hundreds of hours into constructing my own defense against a bank and what I found out in this particular instance is astounding.
