After he praises Diane Feinstein for trying to reinstate the Assault Weapons Ban, he goes on an Anti-Gun rant about how AR-15’s are evil and need to be banned. Pretty ironic since this man is now targeting police officers with the same weapons he thinks should be banned."

It's embarrassing enough for them that he is a staunch liberal, but he is a liberal who believed in honesty, openess and fairness and seemingly went bonkers when constantly confronted with the reality of today's 'federalized' police force.

Apparently Dorner made a habit of standing up against police violence & bullying by filing complaints against his fellow officers too many times and it ended up costing him his job. (and his sanity as well)

He goes in to detail about numerous coverups that the LAPD will not be happy to see publicized.

1. Whether by executive order or thru a bi-partisan congress an assault weapons ban needs to be re-instituted. Period!!

2.Gun control is no longer debatable, it's not a conversation, its a moral mandate."

3.Sen. Feinstein, you are doing the right thing in leading the re-institution of a national AWB

4. If you had a well regulated AWB, this would not happen. The time is now to reinstitute a ban that will save lives. Why does any sportsman need a 30 round magazine for hunting? Why does anyone need a suppressor? Why does anyone need a AR15 rifle?

5. All the firearms utilized in my activities are registered to me and were legally purchased at gun stores and private party transfers...I can buy any firearm I want, but should I be able to purchase these class III weapons (SBR's, and suppressors) without a background check and just a $10 notary signature on a quicken will maker program? The answer is NO.

Yes and if you had read the buk of the manifesto and what he spends THE MAJORITY OF THE MANIFESTO TALKING ABOUT you would see that his complant is hardly about gun control or lack thereof. But I guess people like you need grown-ups to pull the "important" information out for you.

And to be perfectly frank, I'm pretty sure this person is confirming every single rational reason a person could possibly advance for more gun control. Not that I even want more gun control anyway, but he sure isn't make you gun nuts' advocacy for more guns everywhere all the time seem very reasonable.

It's not as stupid as it sounds to be honest. Look at the UK and Australia, in each case it took a particularly egregious case to push the gun control debate over the edge (namely Dunblane and Port Arthur). Now, in the US it will take a bit more, but if someone was a little bit deranged and decided they wanted gun control VERY badly, the "logical" thing to do is to kill as many people with guns as he can, because that might help the anti-gun movement. Essentially a personal "false flag".
