Not exactly - your concept of "oneness" is an idea that was conceived to bring peace with all that is around you, to include the darkness. However, accepting the darkness within you and around you is the same indifference and apathy toward evil that I spoke about in the first part of this thread. When you spend your life being indifferent to everything, all you have done is removed yourself from life to bring yourself peace, and in a world filled with indifference, evil prevails. Therefore, you are taking a side even if you think you are not.

You're not going deep enough. Your condescending tone is very unbecoming of you. Have you ever thought that it is you that is deceived and ignorant? By your code of ethics (if it even rates that distinction), you would be one to ignore the cries of a woman getting raped in a dark alley because it would be choosing sides. You would also be one to ignore the cries for help of a young child being molested and murdered by a pedophile. The fact that it does not bother you that you did nothing to try and help the innocent is a symptom of the darkness that has grown within you.
