That's argument has already been proven false based on all the lawsuits against people who merely chose to not participate in homosexual marriage.

You can't have it both ways. You can't say that homosexual marriage doesn't hurt anyone, then turn cake makers, wedding photographers, and Catholic adoption agencies into the state for punishment.
