1. the clock stops after a play is whistled dead, duh.
2. anonymous already took credit for the power outage.
3. local officials here (in New Orleans) are saying it was a bad relay that was installed, but they actually haven't started looking into it yet officially. This is going to be a joint investigation between SMG, the company that manages the superdome, and Entergy.
