Even the shows on TV have chemtrails in their background shots nowadays. I'm always taking photos of the chemtrails in action. Weather forecasters would predict rain, then comes the chemtrails, no rain. Wonder why we had a drought last year? This company does quite a lot of cloud seeding: [ link to www.weathermodification.com] They were hiring pilots last year. Your observations are interesting . . . the atmosphere is a most complex and dynamic place . . . weather forceasting is not an exact science . . . it is based on probabilities . . . that is not to say cloud seeding cannot alter precipitation patterns . . . it is known it can to a certain extent . . .
