If y'all read the report, it states the Board concludes that Dorner had a motive to report against Sergeant Perez, his evaluation officer, because she was ready to write him up for an unsatisfactory performance. When he found that out, he decided to file a complaint against Sergeant Perez alledging she kicked the suspect, when it was Dorner that most likely kicked the suspect.

Here's the excerpt from the Borad's conclusions:

The Board found there was evidence that appellant had a motive to make a false complaint, citing Sergeant Evans’s testimony that appellant was going to receive an unsatisfactory probationary rating if he did not improve his performance and that the kicks were reported the day after appellant received an evaluation. The Board concluded that appellant was not credible and found him guilty of the charges against him.

He was fired for making false charges against another police officer.

Yes, I read all of this and the things he wrote and it is sad. He seems like he was a decent, honest, caring person (and a dopey Libtard sheeple) who stood up for the rights of others until he went psycho and started shooting people.

I think he finally snapped when he could no longer reconcile his concept of a fair and just world with the one he was living in with the LAPD. So much for my amateur shrinkiness.

There is something much bigger going on here, IMO. For the police to shoot innocent people that are driving a similar vehicle to Dorner's; for them to freak out and search house to house; for them to be so desperate as to shoot on sight; this sounds like much more than Dorner blowing the whistle on one police officer that kicked someone.

My feeling is that Dorner probably found out that the police forces are planning on turning against the american people soon in some sort of martial law situation, and he is one of those that will not go along with it. The policemens' actions in how they are responding to this whole thing shows that they are out of control and desperate to kill this man. What happened to due process? Even serial killers get their day in court.

Something huge is going on here, far more than the media is saying. And, I don't for a minute believe that Dorner wrote that manifesto. When the media/govt, what have you, want to paint someone as a nutjob, they trot out a manifesto. They probably have a boilerplate somewhere and update it for the next victim/patsy.

Dorner knows something, and it is big, and they are desperate to shut him up. I wonder if it has anything to do with the billions of rounds of ammunition DHS and the national weather service, etc., purchased some months ago?

When this broke and before I heard the details the official story sounded like a reverse false flag. (not by anti-gun forces but pro-gun forces.)

The corrupt LAPD doesn't like Obama is all. Does not mean they are not corrupt and evil though. That does not make them good. We all know. I used to do ride-along with a LAPD uncle who we found out was so evil that he should have been in prison for life many times over.

Wow, he really got shafted here's the payoff pitch:

Except that the mentally ill suspect testified he'd been kicked by an officer and he'd told his father the day of the arrest he'd been kicked. Pretty remarkable coincidence that Dorner would make up exactly the same false accusation as the suspect. Of the Sergeant's three corroborating witnesses, one hotel clerk testified she'd walked back inside before arrest complete, other clerk changed his story (suspect fell into bushes ---> Dorner tackled him into bushes) and other cop (from Port Police) got details wrong (said he saw Dorner adjust his tie, photos showed he wasn't wearing a tie), what's more he arrived to the scene after tasering certainly and the kicking allegedly occurred.

What stinks here is the LAPD and his lawyers could have easily worked out a deal where Dorner could quietly resign without a negative job reference. It was being fired from LAPD that screwed up his Top Secret clearance and led to him being forced to leave the Navy Reserve last week. This was avoidable.

Anyway, this is no excuse to go out and kill people, but most spree killers are mentally unbalanced people people whose violence is triggered by feeling deeply humiliated. A good reason not to humiliate or bully others. And if you see other people are... Be kind to the person bullied, he might let you live when he shoots up the place.
