They called in a shrink and the shrink diagnosed God with Angel Dependency Disorder. But really….: On shore of Penobscot Bay. Concerned with new moon as it could rise tide with any surge. During Sandy the tide was over the breakwater. Much concern here. Shrimp season was down to one week!!!! Lobster season was a bust as weather, possibly Sandy, greatly altered migration. (Lobsters migrate from very deep in winter, for warmth, and shed shells, soft shell, on the way in.) (Not only weather but keep-alive problems). With that a concern is that hauled boats might be hurt by the wind. When it says possible 25 mph gusts there have been near 90 mph gusts. |
