Coastal flood warnings in effect from Virginia to Maine- [ link to www.wunderground.com] The weather channel just reported high tide Saturday morning will be at the peak of storm surge from winter storm Nemo. I wonder if this is being under reported. For hurricane Sandy, much of the East Coast was building sand berms in preparation for days. Didn't hear anything about storm surge until this morning. What if Manhattan goes under once again, with blizzard conditions?
